HTML 4.0 Specification
The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) has announced a Working Draft of the HTML 4.0 specification, which will superscede the HTML 3.2 Recommendation published in January, 1997. The new standard promises enhanced forms, frames, and tables, and also improves support for objects, scripts and styles.
