Web Style Sheets
Updated 4/30/97 Style sheets give Web designers more efficient control over the design of Web pages. Information about fonts, margins, and other aspects of page design can be placed in a special <STYLE> tag, or even in a separate file, allowing designers to make site-wide changes without editing every page. The W3C has recently released the Cascading Style Sheet Specification, and style sheet-capable software for authoring and browsing the Web is now available.

Style Sheets: Different Flavors
Of course, Microsoft and Netscape are implementing their own versions of the standard. Netscape says Navigator 4.0 will support both CSS1 and JSSS.
